I loved how everything wasn’t hunky dory straight away, it made it more real. Not wanting for his friend, for kagie he had stronger feelings, to hate him, Lincoln takes 10 hours long trip to her house to apologize only to get the door shut in his face.
Katie McGarry also shows characters growth without making it feels too contrive or unrealistic. None of the guys I went to high school with looked anything like that Until she finds out that he lied to her about the one thing she depended on him for the most.

But as I got to learn who Lincoln was, it was easy to see how it all happened. Lincoln was her support rhe she revealed so much about her to him and other way around – and she eventually came to love him He and Lila met at Echo’s brother’s funeral.
Anyway, having broken up with her boyfriend Stephen, and having an argue with Lincoln because she thought he betrayed her because he lied to her, completely devastated her. They finally meet, but it’s not under the best of circumstances – Lila thinks Lincoln is joining her for college in Florida, but Lincoln has something important to tell her. They had great chemistry and Lincoln was sweet as can be. Are you still following me or are you drooling? Lincoln was okay – I liked that he wasn’t cgossing, although he was a little too close to it. Lila and Lincoln have been writing each other lettters for 2 years now and this book describes what happens when they become more than friends. But Lincoln will do whatever it takes to fix his mistakes, earn Lila’s forgiveness-and finally win a chance to be with the girl he loves.
She is completely alone at her house, terrified because it never happened before and she feels scared,until Lincoln appears at her doorstep to try to make things right even if he lives in other town. She completely freaks out when kahie left alone for crossin week, and yet she wants to attend college in Florida, which is far away from Kentucky.

I think I have to read this because of your review: When Lila uncovers it, the dynamic of their relationship changes, and they must deal with their feelings for one another in person. Their letters exchanged were honest and full of personality. Well, that was such a sweet story: Why is it that Lila has been writing to Lincoln since Aires died, and yet, we never heard mention of him at all in Pushing the Limits?

And Lila’s first instinct, once her ex starts scaring her, is to just give up on her dream of attending college in Florida and go to school in Kentucky. Katie would love to hear from her readers.
I try to respond to each one! And at the beginning of each chapter, we got to see part of a letter that one of them had sent the other. Don’t worry, if you haven’t read Pushing the Limits yet although I would have to ask why you haven’t I loved this short story. Their love developed over time; it wasn’t like love at first sight, thank god. For two years, her letters have been the only thing getting him through the day.
I honestly want more of Linee and Lincoln but at the same time I enjoy the story so much that I fell contented and satisfied.
And now that I am finished with Crossing the Line, it will stay with me as well. In this day and age of crossing and texting it is so old-fashioned and romantic! So now, Lincoln is in her house until she’s safe again and they have to find a way to get through their problems and find the person who’s scaring Lila. I loved this sweet little novella about Lila and Lincoln!!
Next post Summer Time Giveaway! For two crossiing, her letters have been the only thing getting him through the day. I may not be able to help myself. Although Lila did not leave a big impression on me in Pushing the Limits I liked her in this story.
